Use PostgreSQL schemas to partition layers.
Rather than putting everything in the 'postgis' schema using ':' as
hierarchy separator.
When the destination dataset is not PostgreSQL, the layers names are
prefixed using '$SCHEMA.' instead of '$SCHEMA:'
